In order to comply with 1S-2.048 State and Federal-Designated NVRA Voter Registration Agencies-Responsibilities, Mandel Public Library developed a Voter's Registration procedure for the public desk staff to follow when interacting with patrons and designated a staff member to collect and submit the Voter's Registration forms to the Supervisor of Elections. We offer paper forms, as well as a permanent link on our public pc desktop for online registration.
We created a fill-able form that works as a template for a very basic resume. The formatting we used is the preferred set-up our Workforce Alliance partner recommends. We have this loaded onto our public computer desktops for easy access by patrons. We found that many patrons with low digital literacy struggle with using the MS Word resume templates available (mostly because they are created with tables) so we came up with this alternative.
