The Marine Corps website is designed to make both the servicemen and civilians aware of what is going on within this sub-agency of the Department of the Navy. As such, the site is to be used by both servicemen and civilians and is directly structured in such a way as to be accessible by both.

Intended to be used as “an education and outreach tool”, the beta version of NOAA’s View Data Imagery Portal (VDIP) allows users to interact with mapped datasets to learn about Earth’s oceans, atmosphere, land, cryosphere, and climate. The VDIP presents users with a world map, a basic navigation introduction, and three navigation interfaces that allow users to explore datasets.

PFA Mobile is a free app produced by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in collaboration with the Center for PTSD, the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, and the DoD’s National Center for Telehealth and Technology. The app provides guidance and resources for mental health providers and responders assisting affected children, families, and adults during an organized emergency response effort.

The Bureau of Consular Affairs’ web site, travel.state.gov, has two groups of potential users: Americans considering travel abroad, and citizens of other states who are seeking to travel to the United States. These users will find a website which meets their needs effectively, while being easily navigated even on most portable electronic devices.

The House and Senate Member Guide App, available through the Government Printing Office, serves as a guide which provides information on every member of the 113th Congress. It includes a picture on each member and information on their Party Affiliation, Hometown, Birth Date, Place of Birth, Bio, District, and Term Count.
