Lib2Gov.Org is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of this website (hereinafter “User or “Users”). This Privacy Policy has been established to explain what information is collected through the website (the “Site”) and how it is utilized.

Data Collection
This Site collects both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information to improve the usefulness of the online information and various services we offer to our Users.

Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is defined as information about an identified or identifiable User. PII includes, but is not limited to, a User’s name, postal address, and email address. All PII collected on the Site will be retained for as long as required, allowed or for the length of time we believe it be useful, but we do not undertake any retention obligations. We may dispose of information in our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law that specifically requires the handling or retention of information. 

Lib2Gov.Org will take reasonable and prudent precautions to ensure that any PII provided by Users is protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information 
The Site automatically collects and stores non-personally identifiable information on an aggregated, anonymous basis, including, but not limited to: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the IP address of a User’s Internet provider’s gateway; and the date and time of access to the Site. Lib2Gov.Org may use the non-personally identifiable data collected to improve the design and content of the Site, as well as to analyze aggregate usage of the Site.
